Founder
Director of Player Development
Dalton Thompson, Founder and Director of Player Development at Member Only Film Room, brings a wealth of experience in both coaching and athlete mentorship. With two years as Regional Director for Game Time Events and a background in Sport and Performance Psychology from California Baptist University in Riverside, Dalton combines academic expertise with real-world leadership. Over five years, he has coached Varsity Basketball across Idaho, California, and Nevada, leading his teams to the state playoffs every season. Driven by a passion for empowering youth athletes, Dalton focuses on building confidence and composure in high-pressure moments—skills that not only elevate performance on the court but also translate into success in everyday life.
